Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00 noon (EST) will ship the same day, provided the products ordered are in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 noon (EST) will ship the next business day, unless Next Day Air Shipping is requested. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Ro-Brand Products, Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.  Ro-Brand Products, Inc is not responsible for packages once they are consigned to UPS or USPS.  Tracking information is provided and any questions pertaining to delivery status must be addressed to either UPS or USPS.
 
A $12.95 Flat Shipping Charge applies to all orders placed through the website only with merchandise total under $100.00 that are 40 pounds or less and can be shipped USPS to the 48 Continental United States. (*except where noted)
$12.95 Shipping does not apply to shipments of Threaded Rod, L Anchor Bolts or any other oversized product weighing over 40 lbs and exceeding USPS requirements.  We will contact you with discounted shipping charge for your approval before shipping.
 
Shipping to Canada:  Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to orders going to Canada (Lower Territories) 
Worldwide Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout for deliveries located outside the 48 Continental United States. Flat Rate shipping does not apply to these orders.
Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise.
 

Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 60 days from the date of purchase.
 
Refunds cannot be made for products that have been used.
 
Other than fulfillment error, there will be a 20% Restock Charge on all non-defective returns in original packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise. 
A Return Authorization # is required on all returns; please contact websales@robrandproducts.com to obtain an RA #.
